"Grandma's Holiday Experience"
This holiday was very memorable for me. I was invited by my father to vacation at my grandmother's house in a village in Solok District, West Sumatra. Actually I have not been to my grandmother's village for a long time. So the opportunity to vacation to my grandmother's house is very exciting.


At eight o'clock in the morning I went with my father. Dad was riding a bike and I was riding in the back. After a dozen miles, we finally arrived at grandma's house.

The next day, I was invited by my dad's niece to go to the rice fields of my grandmother. Incidentally that day the grandmother again harvest rice. Grandma's rice field is not far from home. A few minutes I've arrived at the location of rice fields grandmother. Many people are harvesting rice in grandma's rice fields. Some are mowing rice. There is also a threshing grains with rice thresher tool.

The third day, I invited my father to his old friend's house on the outskirts of Lake Singkarak. The house of a dad's friend is on the edge of the lake so that freely can see the beauty of Singkarak lake. The second largest lake on the island of Sumatra after Lake Toba in North Sumatra.

The following days I went through with fun. Join the play with friends in the village. Apparently they are very friendly and sociable. I felt as if I had been hanging out with them for a long time.

Last day, I was reluctant to leave my grandmother's village. The village is lush, the people are friendly and like to work together. I think I want to stay in my grandmother's village but that's impossible. In the afternoon I returned home with my father.

A whole week I was at grandma's house for a holiday. A very pleasant experience. If there was a chance for the next school holiday, I asked my father to go back to my grandmother's vacation.
